2. Safety Check Over: Ensures brakes, shifting, wheels, and bearings are properly adjusted and safe to ride.
3. Wheel Build: Individual spokes typically cost between .75-.99. The cost of rims and hubs vary greatly. The cost for lacing and truing a wheel is P25. 
4. Wheel True: This fee will vary based on the wheel.
5. Replacing Inner Tubes: Inner tubes for common bikes are between P4-$P6. If you bring your bike installation is P6 per wheel. If you bring just your wheels installation is P4 per wheel.
